Holy crab – that’s a lot of crustaceans! ? The red crab migration on @christmasisland is in full swing - up to 50 million of these brightly coloured critters are currently scuttling their way from the forests of the island down to the ocean as part of their annual breeding cycle. If you can’t make it to #ChristmasIsland during the crab migration don’t despair, there’s plenty more to see on this beautiful island off the coast of Australia - think glorious deserted beaches, towering tropical rainforest, freshwater streams and waterfalls and rare birdlife.
