Working hard on my squatting positions... I thought i just sucked at OHS and that was the end of that story... Making a lot of headway on cleaning it up already, this last set of Power Snatch + 3 OHS at 70kg/154# felt very stable - i think my legs stayed engaged the entire set ☂️Excited to see this carry over in to my bottom position of the snatch.
