A follow up to yesterday's muscle-up post: I'm a person who needs a sense of progress. I wish I didn't - that I could be tenacious enough to continue a virtuous activity regardless of the reward. But the reality is that I need to know I'm moving forward even if it's just a minuscule amount every day. A #BenchmarkWOD like #Helen is an encouraging way to do that.
