"Creature," a group exhibition at The Broad, Los Angeles, opens tomorrow, November 5th.
From slick avatars and popular icons to images rooted in mythology and animal instincts, the installation will feature works by over 25 artists including Georg Baselitz, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Ellen Gallagher, Damien Hirst, Takashi Murakami, and Andy Warhol plus Thomas Houseago’s "Giant Figure (Cyclops)," 2011, which will make its U.S. debut.
