Tsuta’s first and only overseas venture started operations today at Pacific Plaza, in Singapore.
Unique to Tsuta, the umami rich dashi made from beef, clams and vegetables forms the base of the flavorful ramen broth.
My personal pick is their shoyu ramen, which is also the most popular choice back in Japan. Ooo and that black blop? Its black truffle :)
