SENIOR SUNDAY! Another @susiesseniordogs success! After getting left behind at the shelter, we are so pleased to announce that 8 year old Brody has been adopted!! Brody was featured on Dogs of Instagram for #SeniorSunday two weeks ago. Brody is a Pharaoh Hound/Shar Pei mix who was originally surrendered to the Phoenix, AZ public shelter with his doggy brother when their human suffered a home foreclosure. The brothers wanted to stay together, but sadly that didn't happen. Thankfully, Brody's story was seen on social media by a family who wanted to help him find love again. And they wanted to be the ones to do it! Brody's new family drove to the shelter and adopted him on the spot. Brody now has a big happy family with lots of humans to love, two doggy siblings, and even two cats to chase!
The Nehammer family wrote, "Brody has settled in great!! He's very happy and has settled right in with our family. He's relearning his manners, but he is so sweet and aims to please." :)
