This election cycle is almost over. I'm taking time today to reflect on what I've learned. A few of note: 1.) I care deeply about equal rights for all and do not feel that is currently provided 2.) We as a nation need to learn to speak our minds with compassion NOT anger, defensiveness, or name calling 3.) I am proud to be a woman, I will never stop empowering women and I am not interesting in if that makes you say things like "YOU'RE AN IDIOT" 4.) I learned very little about every other issue we are voting on tomorrow because we spent so much time discussing trash talk. 5.) I am grateful for every insightful and educated conversation I had surrounding this election. Everyone should have the luxury of learning the facts for themselves, devising an opinion, and then freely discussing them in a safe space. 6.) People need to vote. 7.) People need vote. 8.) People need to vote. ??????????????????What did you learn through the most insane election of all time? Can I challenge you to express it without hate?? Hateful comments will be deleted. But I want to hear from YOU: what did these candidates and our media teach you about yourself and the world?
