I went back and forth with writing a caption, or just posting the picture caption-less, and landed on a caption. I am so proud and excited and honored to have this sticker! I had such a hard time deciding where to put it, and then the obvious answer hit me--where else will more people see it than on the @hydroflask I literally cart with me everywhere.
The last few elections I honestly didn't think my one, singular vote would make a difference. I also believed that no matter who won, I wouldn't be personally affected. And at the time and at my age and location, I really wasn't. This year I voted for a multitude of reasons; some of them deep-seated, some superficial. Some feelings-based, some personal, some political. Some my family strongly disagree with. What it ultimately comes down to for me is human rights and treating people --ALL people-- with respect and fairness. Some may disagree, but that's the great thing about having a right to vote--it's your opinion! This is a huge election guys.
