It's almost the weekend! Can we get a OH KALE YEAH!? This smoothie is chockfull of vitamins C, A, and K. It’s tart and tangy and will help give your immune system the boost it needs to fight of colds and illness. // serves two
CRANBERRY KALE COOLER
2 cups fresh kale
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice, unsweetened*
1/2 cup water
2 oranges, peeled
2 bananas
1/2 lime, squeezed

DIRECTIONS
1. Blend kale, cranberry juice, and water until smooth.
2. Next add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
* Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.
Note: 1 cup of raw cranberries plus 2 cups of water can be substituted for the unsweetened cranberry juice.
