I have faith that God is ultimately in control even when things don't make sense and we can't see the bigger picture. I have hope that someday God will fix/heal our broken and divided world. Love brings people together instead of tearing them apart. In a world full of things we cannot control, how we live and treat each other are things we have full control over. We can choose to love and not hate. We can choose kindness. We can choose to respect each other regardless of our differences. We can choose to be lights in darkness.
