The Prince of Wales hosted a reception at St James’s Palace in London today to celebrate @abbeyfield_society’s 60th anniversary. ?

Abbeyfield offers older people a safe and secure home where they can find friendship and support. HRH has been Patron of Abbeyfield since 1979.

During the celebrations, The Prince met Winifrid Spoor, a talented artist who lives with Abbeyfield in Newcastle upon Tyne. Winifrid showed HRH some of her paintings today.
