Just found this photo deep in a drawer so I chucked it in a frame. I remember Gene & Paul being very cool and they knew a lot about us. Gene even complimented us on “Avenues & Alleyways" for the anti-racist lyrics. Kinda surreal. Oh yea, Paul Stanley made me do an impersonation of him introducing a Rancid song. I used to do Paul's intros to keep everyone laughing on the long van tours we did. 27 van tours in fact. That's a lot of Paul Stanley voice. - Lars
