Q; What kind of breed is he?
He is a #SelkirkRex #kitten . In particular, he has tight curly fur because his parents have the same fur, and so he inherited their genes?

Q; Why are his whiskers so short or look broken?
Don't worry, his whiskers are not broken? His whiskers are curly as well, and they're still growing!
