Working again on quince food. Since my quince stew at the #PersianAutumnDinner was a hit, I'm trying to make it again and take some shots for a blog post. I realize that shooting beautiful, raw quince is something, shooting over cooked meat is something else ?. So bring on the challenge!
Meanwhile, more dates and menus have been discussed for the pop-up #NoonSupperClub.
