So honored to be on the cover of @mensfitnessuk this coming month! Proud of this cover because it was shot after a considerable amount of traveling and it's shows a side. One that is a lot more attainable. Staying healthy isn't about dieting like a madman & being shredded all the time. I didn't count macros for this shoot, Instead I enjoyed myself while in Spain (before I traveled to England to shoot). I trained hard and ate well 80% of the time while still allowing myself to enjoy the food of a foreign country. The Point is you can maintain a healthy body fat level on minimal dieting if you make smart Choices and stick to your training. Thank goodness for the BIG program!
