Welcoming the holiday season with our new Mini Oden Bûche de Noël, our take on the classic French yule log cake that's traditionally served at Christmas. Launching December 1st, it's made with three cakes that look like "Oden" (Japanese fishcakes).? The "Hampen" at the top is actually made with cheese cake, the braised egg in the middle is made with caramel with a yuzu mousse "yolk" inside, and the "Chikuwa" oden at the bottom is made with chestnut mousse.
