Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Cut the top of the potato, lengthwise and preferably the more lumpy side. Cut rings around the potato, cut side up, to mimic the look of a bullseye. Turn the potato upside down and cut "petals" around the perimeter of the potato, being careful to leave about 1/2" of the center uncut. - Repeat with the other. Turn the potatoes, cut side up and brush on some olive oil on top and all around. Sprinkle a pinch of S+P on both. Place on the baking sheet and bake for half an hour. - Combine the butter, parmesan cheese & parsley. Remove potatoes from oven and coat the potato and sections with the cheese mixture. Bake again for half an hour. Remove from oven and add shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle bacon seasoning on top. Ingredients:
2 potatoes, cleaned

FlavorGod S+P
