"I wonder what it must have felt like to hang with Jesus back in the day." The thought that kept running through my mind today as we visited a number of holy sites where the Man once walked... During our last stop (the Sermon on the Mount ??), the sweetest angel from our group came up to me to share that God put a verse on her heart for me... I was like oh my Lord what is about to happen. ? My eyes were slowly starting to fill with tears because I had a feeling God knew how defeated I've been feeling the past few days, so of course, I was open to His spiritual rescue. ? The verse was this: "Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." ??? Naturally I cried...and cried some more. When I finally started walking back to our bus, I turned the corner and my foot bumped into this mount. ?
