The streets just southwest of Osaka Station are aglow with candlelight! Tonight only, you can catch this beautiful winter scene. The candles are lit from 6-10pm & from 8-10pm the candles are especially beautiful because the surrounding city lights are turned off. If you're in town, Don't miss it!
