I had the great honor of delivering the opening remarks at Center For Environmental Health's awareness raising event last night.
If you're anything like me you are tired of feeling like you have to have a PhD in toxicology in order to be competent parent. You are tired of being a detective hunting the Internet for clues as to what product is safe and what product is not safe and why. You are tired of having chemical companies' untested concoctions run through your veins uninvited. We are living in the largest human experiment in history, one that is being conducted largely without our
knowledge and certainly without our consent and this experiment disproportionately affects women and children. If you want someone to help you out of the maze, if you want someone to clarify the issues with endless knowledge, equanimity,patience and tenacity--if you want someone to change the paradigm you call the folks at CEH.
