Trying to match reps for miles while I have this crazy schedule flying around. Helps keep me working and I find it's the best offense against jet-lag. This time it's been tough. All the while gearing up for the January tour and then the stoic #Gleb in @anastasiabway. I've been looking at old photos of my Father when he was in the military and man, he was a tank. Inspired by the focus that was required. So the old man will be inspiring a lot of the character development. Been hitting some great workouts. Tempo based reps which are mentally a challenge. German volume training. Russian size and strength training. Just trying to mix things up for a while. Mainly to keep training fun. While size and strength is something I keep trying to strive for I am working on functionality. But mainly I just want to keep improving physically and mentally. So change and challenge. Going and growing. Missing my workout partner @mandykarimloo ❤️ and her spin classes. Well, maybe not missing those so much. Lol. She's tough.
