Este ejercicio es más complicado de lo que se ve. Hay que tener mucho control con la postura de la zona lumbar y asegurarse que el pecho este alto y las escápulas hacia abajo. Gracias a BodyTech por abrirme las puertas a sus increíbles gimnasios por todo Colombia! Un gusto poder entrenar aquí!
