I remember being waaay out in the deserts of Utah where you can go days without seeing another person, I had been photographing the location for the last 12 hours when all of a sudden a vehicle came driving down the dirt road I was walking on. I waved as they passed, and watched them do a quick loop and drive off. Slightly confused, I looked back and saw they had only one bumper sticker on their car, it read “If man were meant to hike, God wouldn’t have invented the Jeep vehicle.” Needless to say that was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen, and although it has nothing to do with this photo, I guess sometimes you can enjoy life without ever leaving your car.
