Really touched to know the story behind this Naruto Orange Jam. 12th grade students from Kobe Commercial Training school @kobecity in Japan made this product in collaboration with Reve de Chef, a pastry shop in Kobe.

All profits goes to the support for Kumamoto earthquake recovery efforts.
This confiture is made from Naruto Orange, a juicy fruit which originated on Awaji island in Hyogo. A rare native species with a unique smell; and a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness.
