Back in June I found out I had a disease called Endometriosis and due to timing couldn't do anything about it. Today I went in for my surgery and although I was scared/nervous I came out feeling good as I had answer to why things weren't right in my body. Endometriosis affects 1 out of 10 women and is a condition in which tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus, is found outside the uterus, where it induces a chronic inflammatory reaction that may result in scar tissue.
Today I could have posted a picture from another day but I want to share my experience for other girls that may have endometriosis too! #endometriosis
