So many people get up at the crack of crack to watch the sunrise above the clouds at this spot, 10,000ft above sea level, that starting next week you have to make a reservation.

Pro tip: drive up for the sunset instead. Not quite as cold (still cold, though, dress warmly), and seriously not near as crowded. There were maybe 100 people on the ridge watching the sun slide below the clouds with me.
