I'm so excited to announce my new book "Imagine a Forest" is being published! ?It is a compendium of my art process where I share with the readers my inspiration, sketching and painting process. I call my style Folk Art because my art is not about the accuracy of the subject but more about the expression and emotional connection. Being a self taught artist I came a long way to realize that art is your voice and we should embrace and celebrate it. So this book is for those who is still trying to figure out if art career is the right path for them, debating whether they are good at drawing or not, for those who finds comfort in doodling and getting all inky and for those who simply wonders what Folk Art is. However I'm not claiming to be an expert in Folk Art, I'm simply showing my way of drawing.
