Our beautiful Galette des Rois (or "King's Cake") with that golden flaky puff pastry crust, filled with moist frangipane (almond cream). Think: almond croissant in cake form!) It comes with a gold paper crown and a little fève (a small prize) to hide inside the cake. Whoever finds it is declared King for a day!
