Guys! This isn't an ad but I just wanted to tell you what I've been doing for health. Last year, I felt so terrible in January, I had over done it in the holidays, gained like 10 pounds and just felt crummy. So, I went to @theranchmalibu with one of my besties from High School @chrissybchrissy and we hiked it out and ate vegan food and I felt so much better. So THIS December, I was able to get #theranchdaily three days a week as a meal delivery and it totally changed every thing- I feel so good in this first week of the new year and btw, I obviously still had fun over the holidays. And I know meal delivery is a major splurge but @theranchmalibu also has a cookbook that is awesome if you're interested in getting into some vegan food! ❤️
