Today, astronauts Shane Kimbrough (@astro_kimbrough) and Peggy Whitson conducted a six-hour and 32-minute spacewalk. They successfully installed three new adapter plates and hooked up electrical connections for three of the six new lithium-ion batteries on the International Space Station. They also accomplished several get-ahead tasks. Shane posted this selfie pic and wrote, "We went outside for a walk today! So honored to be part of the @NASA @国際宇宙ステーション #spacewalk team."
