Memorable Moments 2016: “After a spring in the Himalaya, nothing is better than summer in California. The east side of the Sierra is where we go for our big adventures, and this piece of stone called the Incredible Hulk is easily my favorite. Every summer I do the long approach at least a couple of times, to climb the flawless 1200ft tower of granite. On this crisp August day @kristlclear and I swapped leads up the iconic route, Positive Vibrations. The climbing is steep, exposed and perfect. I led the crux (Sean pictured following the pitch here) cleanly and felt great, and that marked the first day I started to feel strong again after Everest.” - @adrianballinger | #liveyouradventure
