Ok I'm gonna start sharing my workouts for those that wanna start off. I'm nursing a bum hip that causes my a lot of sharp pain when it hurts- so I'm doing less running these days and more resistance. Tonight was a pretty light and easy workout- started with 105 squats (doing the squat challenge) a bunch of ab work (no crunches today but full on sit ups) and two and a half mile on the treadmill at 6.5 mph. I woulda jogged more but that hip started hurting. Tomorrow some upper body work for these toothpick arms! ??
