FT: Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Aston Villa. Villa are out of the #EmiratesFACup after a 2-0 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur. Following a first half of few clear-cut opportunities, the second forty-five began with Sam Johnstone making two smart saves. The stopper was also called upon to pouch Harry Winks’ deflected effort and make two saves one-on-one later in the half. Just before the opening goal, James Chester and Gabby Agbonlahor were both denied from close range in what was Villa’s best opportunity to break the deadlock.
