This past weekend has been a very emotional one for the entire @getfitandthick team.
How is it possible that we feel so much unconditional love from each city that we visit?
I will be completely honest in saying that I have never been able to fully process or understand the love that the Fit and Thick family receives from this community.
It's a little incomprehensible.
To be able to touch so many people in ways that are beyond my wildest dreams or expectations...
Women who fly from other states.
Some who are inspired to change careers or switch majors.
Those who have completely changed, not only their bodies, but their minds as well.
Their self confidence.
Their relationships.
Their goals, hopes, dreams, and visions in life.
How?
How can you even begin to understand yet alone accept that you are able to have that kind of an impact on people?
From the moment the first guest arrives, there's nothing but love in that room. And that's something that many people never get to experience in their lives.
To be unapologetically you, and then accepted just as you are.
We are all different- our shapes, sizes, lifestyles and individual goals.
But at the end of the day, what we all really want and need boils down to something so simple.
And that is to feel confident and safe in our own skin and in our surroundings.
Thank you to everyone who is part of this movement and thus, a part of my life.
You have impacted my life and showed me more love than I thought was ever possible to experience.
Here, with me, you are always safe and accepted.
