?補充?用長方形的容器當作盤子也有不一樣的精緻感；這道雖然只是前菜，卻一點也不馬虎。清爽的綠蘆筍配上奶味濃郁帶鹹香的Manchego 起司剛剛好，綠蘆筍也有保持一定的脆度跟軟度?? 這個是冬季晚餐的套餐，套餐包含開胃小點、冷前菜、熱前菜、主菜、甜點～份量我覺得很足夠！
