Whenever I think of Polish bread I imagine a bread like this: wholegrain, hearthy, wholesome, dense, full of seeds, baked in a tin. Great company to scrambled eggs or a bowl of stew. This one here is 50/50 spelt and emmer with another 50% of toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Made in one day, no retardation, tastes very mild and toasty. Half is already gone, the other one is waiting for some thick soup :) #bakebread #bbga #thebakefeed
