The @5280meat shredded pork roast was an excellent idea in this dish for a hearty breakfast including my new Sweet and Tangy flavor along with sweet potatoes, onions, and tomatoes ??☀️‼️

Ingredients:
1 medium zucchini sliced
1 medium sweet potato sliced
Onion
Tomato
Chives
@5280meat shredded pork shoulder roast (slow cooked)
@Flavorgod Seasonings Sweet & Tangy
6-8 eggs
2T ghee butter

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt ghee and add zucchini and sweet potato and cook until the veggies are tender. Add in your slow cooked pork and stir. Add eggs and bake in 350*F oven for 10-12 minutes until egg whites are firm. Top with FlavorGod Sweet & Tangy, diced tomato, fresh chives and onion.
