Dear Young Superstar, social media has caused us to see so much, but also so little. This platform has made us ungrateful and un-human in a way. It's bitter-sweet, but seeing my cousins die in front of my eyes at such a young age shaped me to be the person I am today. If there is one thing I've learned in my life, it's that life is a privilege. Life is a gift.
The more often we see the things around us - even the beautiful and wonderful things - the more they become invisible to us. That is why we often take for granted the beauty of this world: the flowers, the trees, the clouds - even those we love. Because we see things so often, we see them less and less.
