After committing, falling off, committing, falling off, half committing then falling off again with a cutting diet post American Open over the holiday season and with lots of traveling (and lots of "sorry I fucked up again" emails #sorryNickShaw), I am FINALLYYY 100% back on my @rpstrength diet. After having to make weight 7+ times a year for the last 2-3 years, when I finally had a little break, I got a little TOO relaxed ? We've been working to cut me down a few kilos and build me back up to fill out my weight class with as much lean muscle as we can pack into it ? Now that the holidays are over and I'm out of lame excuses to stray off track, the next month or so should bring some extra leannnnness my way ?? •
