Winter finds us creating new, #seasonal menu items @townsmanboston, inspired by my dinners at home with @kathrynbjennings and my two boys. At home, we love simple, quick and flavorful dishes like this brassica, chicory and winter citrus salad with two year aged Parmesan and ceci neri (black chickpeas). My sons may still be coming around on the chickpeas but they can't go a day without #cheese. .
