Meet Jackson Meister for this week's #TigersFanFridays. Jackson, from Grand Ledge, MI, is eight years old and recently moved from the panhandle of Florida with his family.

He’s grown up a #Tigers fan – his favorite memory is watching Miguel Cabrera hit his 400th career home run – but has never had a chance to attend a game. This year, though, he’s convinced his mother, Meaghan, to take him to games.

Jackson has grown up admiring Miggy and Jose Iglesias. “His dream is to play first base and fight Miggy for the position (one day),” his mother says. In his most recent season, Jackson recorded 73 outs at first base, drove in 46 runners and hit nine home runs. He played for the Tigers that season.
