I post these pictures to prove to someone that I'm really going to the gym and to hopefully motivate others to get in there too. Had to crop the face cause a) overhead fluorescent lighting is NOBODY's friend and Make you look mad old and b) I was looking busted and I'm not in the mood to deal with trolls today to be honest with y'all! Ran 4 miles, did some crunches and sucked it in for this picture. The goal is to have a small tummy without the trickery. ????
