As January, the month of new promise and change, edges towards its end, I'm reminded of the promises I made to myself in those first few minutes of 2017. I vowed to change my perspective. To see the world and the humans that surround me with more compassion, love, kindness and understanding. To choose the good thought before the bad (for my own mental health), to trust instead of doubt and to ask instead of presume. I know I'm not there yet, but small ripples make big waves, as they say. Playing around with shapes in #yoga this morning and looking at the world with a new perspective ??
