This absolutely doesn't go with my 'insta theme' right now but I couldn't care less - I'm on this months cover of @womensfitnessuk and it's one of my proudest moments ✨ I've come up against a lot of hurdles in wanting to promote my #trainlikeadancer method rather than training like a PT and truly believe that persistence is key to anything in life. There is enough space for everyone to do their own thing and I'm trying to tell my story and help others achieve what I have done in terms of shaping my physique how I have done over the last 10 years of professional dancing. Hard work really does pay off and I owe a lot of my successes to having so much from support from near and far.
