Like so many of you, I often allow myself to feel "less than". How often do we find ourselves focusing on the negative when there's so much to be grateful for!? We all have ups & downs, but experiencing BOTH must help us learn to become stronger, happier & more determined to embrace our strengths - inside & out. SO, with #ValentinesDay quickly approaching, let's remember to love ourselves first. ❤️ Whether you've got a date, will be hanging with friends or are going it alone, NO celebration of love is complete without SELF LOVE.
