Douglas Gordon collaborates with Morgane Tschiember for a live performance in "Avalanche" at Elevation 1049, Saanersclochgrat, Gstaad. The perfomance, titled "As close as you can for as long as it lasts" will be tonight, February 3, 5–7PM CET. "As close as you can for as long as it lasts" uses fire, smoke, and sound—a call and response between two artists—an oblique reference to the well-known history of yodeling in this particular landscape.
