For those who have messaged me about lower body workouts which have built legs instead of booty this will help them target your glutes! You can add ankle weight for extra resistance ?
- Bridge x 20
- Single leg bridge x 20 (each side) - Bent leg back kick pulse x 20 (each side)
- Fire hydrant x 20 (each side)
- Fire hydrant leg extension x 20 (each side)
- Donkey kicks x 20 (each side) - Straight leg raise - flexed foot x 20 (each side)
- Straight leg raise - pointed foot x 20 (each side) - Single leg rotation x 10 (each side)
- Single leg rotation - reverse x 10 (each side) - Dance x 100
