Kayaker-meets-nature in the most spectacular of surroundings, here in the Soca River, Slovenia. The emerald green waters are a haven for fans of whitewater, with canyons, pools, rocky gorges, cascades and waterfalls. It’s a photographer’s paradise and a kayaker’s playground. Just ask Jana Dukátová @janadukatova, she knows her stuff! She’s one of the best female slalom kayakers in the world, with seven World Championship medals and a ton of others to her name. She’s also one of the best all-rounders, switching from flat water paddling to whitewater kayaking when she was 13 years old. Why? Because flat water was too boring. If this is where you’re going to do it, we totally agree.
