Sending you a big pile of baby turtles - you're welcome! ? It's an exciting time of year in the @southerngreatbarrierreef region; the first Loggerhead hatchlings of the season are starting to emerge on @heronisland. According to @alexkyddphoto, the vast majority of nests on #HeronIsland belong to Green turtles, so it's extra special to see Loggerhead hatchlings.
