March 4th, 7:30pm at the W Hotel Hollywood. Our first event. The moment in which we take time to recognize those that help to create change.

I do not think people ever say I am going to start a foundation. I think in time, that we just grow to become it.
.
In the midst of heartache and violence. In the center of a place in which words could never portray. We close our eyes, push ourselves into the dark.
.
While there are so many great organizations out there, the work we do and the change we bring, I believe it is amazing. While most foundations throw events to highlight what they do. This moment, it is more about recognizing those that never get mentioned. Those that help to build the change we see here on Earth.
.
As a person I am nothing. As a human being my capability limited. But as a movement, the promise we seek to bring to the dying, strength in numbers. Change in solidarity.

(Shannen Doherty will be hosting the event, and will speak about the way animals have helped her through her own struggles.

My friend Robert Schwartzman of Rooney will be playing. And my friend ‪Tony Kanal of DREAMCAR, presenting one of our honorees. There will be Vegan food, raffles, and drinks. We will speak about our current endeavors and programs, and work to get those who want to be involved, to be a part of the movement.

I will fly directly in from Asia off my eleventh trip. It would be nice as I break into pieces, to be there with those that share the same dream. Peace. Unity. Hope. And second chances.)
